How we going to survive in the next 5years in Malaysia?

Our ancestor already succeed in their life, now as their descendant how we going to survive in our next life?
How we (Generations Y and later) going to survive living in Malaysia in Next 5 years?
I am sure all of you already aware of the current inflation in Malaysia today.
Every one dreamed to to own house.
Houses are classified as NEED because everyone need place to living to shelter.
supported by Universal Declaration Of Human Right,

"In article 25, the Human Rights is to have a perfect living place namely housing"

But in Malaysia today, Houses already become COMMODITY.
the developer maximized their profit by making it as COMMODITY.

The questions is,
Are our income is enough to afford living in Malaysia today?
How much housing price now?
How inflation affect our daily life?
How much salary increasing per year?

"According to Dr. Ernest Cheong young working adults aged 25-35 and holding their first jobs earn between RM3,000 and RM5,000 a month and would not be able to afford anything beyond RM100,000."

IF RM 5,000 monthly minus KWSP , car loan, fuel, food, bills, study loan, money for parents every month and etc.
How much left?

I add an example,
RM 5,000 monthly salary (Single living with parents).

- KWSP = RM 560
- Bills Utility(Electric, Water, Phone/Internet, Maintenance company = RM 300
- Car loan = RM 600
- Petrol/Maintenance = RM 350
- Food & Household Expenses (inhouse only) = RM 400
- Insurance (3 person) = RM 450
- Parents = RM 500

Balance = RM 1,840.
On this much amount do you think we can afford to buy own house and how much left if you already married and have children.
STILL, do you think we can afford to buy our DREAM HOUSE with our current income?

Please watch this video, then you will know the our country current situations.
